Current Role
As the Lead of Flight Test, I am responsible for managing a team of 11 Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers working with sUAS platforms. In managing this team I organize, and assign, tasks based on priority levels and available testing equipment. I work with cross functional teams to understand the deliverables needed to provide appropriate feedback from testing, and to identify ways my team can better support them. To ensure consistency, I have written SOPs and other documents for the team to operate by. When not performing administrative tasks, I also support conducting testing by operating sUAS or other equipment, evaluating test results, and delivering results to cross functional teams.
